Precision machining is a process of changing the size or characteristics of parts in the processing equipment . Precision machining methods can be divided into Cold Drawings and Heat treatment according to the temperature of the processed components .
Generally processed at normal temperature ,it does not cause the parts organic chemical or material phase transformation , called Cold Drawing. Precision machining is generally processed at a higher or lower normal temperature , which will immediately cause the organic chemical or phase transformation of parts . It is called heat treatment .
The Cold Drawing can be divided into Drilling processing and Cold Heading according to the difference of the processing method. Heat treatment generally has processes like tempering, quenching, annealing, forging, welding and so on.
