In the process of deep hole machining, the cutting condition of the cutting tool can not be observed directly, and the cutting process can only be judged according to the working experience to listen to the sound of the cutting, to see the chips, the hand touch vibration and the workpiece temperature, and to watch the instrument (oil pressure meter and electric meter) to judge whether the cutting process is normal or not.
4. Chip removal is difficult, it is necessary to use reliable means to break chip and control the length and shape of chip, so as to facilitate smooth removal and prevent chip clogging.
5. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the deep hole in the machining process and to achieve the required machining quality, the chip removal device inside (or outside) the tool, the tool guide and support device and the high pressure cooling lubrication device should be added.
